Sunday afternoon and you have a craving for something sweet 😋. But you don’t want to waste your time with something too complicated, right 😉? If that sounds like you, you gotta try this cake out. It only takes a few minutes and yet it tastes absolutely heavenly🥧. You can use any fruit, but strawberries worked best for me 🍓😋.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 coconut oil
- 10g baking powder
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 3 drops of vanilla extract
- strawberries
- sliced almond for sprinkle
Instructions:
- Firstly, preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, flour, sugar, oil, egg, baking powder, vanilla essence, and lemon zest.
- Prepare a cake form with a diameter of 22-25cm. Line it with baking paper.
- Spread the dough into a form, lay it with dripped strawberries, and sprinkle with sliced almonds.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes until gold.
